Our Sunday School engages in 3 types of competitions and they are:
- Talent Competitions
- Assigned Competitions
- Talent Show
Talent Competitions
Conducted annually across the North-East Diocese. Individual churches select 2 participants from each category to represent their church in the Area-Level competitions. The winners of the Area-Level competitions move on to Regional-Level. Trophies/Awards are presented for both Area-Level and Regional-Level winners. The competitions will be held for the following topics:
- Story Telling
- Solo Song Malayalam
- Solo Song English
- Group Song
- Elocution Malayalam
- Elocution English
Assigned Competitions
Also, conducted annually across the North-East Diocese and each church presents 2 participants for each category. Winners will proceed to Area-Level and Regional-Level competitions. The competitions will be held for the following topics:
- Drawing
- Essay Writing
Talent Show
Conducted on the same day as the Talent Competitions, each church gets five minutes to put their best face forward. This is a non competitive event but enjoyed by all. Usually, we see skits of Bible and social themes, group songs, classical and contemporary dances. It is a nice way to end the day on Talent Competitions and receive the awards.
