1. Login and Logout
    • You got to this page because you registered yourself as Principal authorized to register candidates from your Sunday School for the Centralized Examination and you logged-in.
    • Please make sure that you log-out if there is a chance that your computer may be used by another person or when you may be going away. To log-out, just click on “Logout” that you see below “WELCOME…” on this page or on the ‘Home’ page. This is so that the info that you may have in the Registration pages regarding your students and teachers will remain secure and confidential.
  2. Registering Examination Candidates
    • Once you have familiarized yourself with the registration guidelines given here, please make sure to click on the check-box given at the bottom of this screen acknowledging that you have familiarized yourself with the registration guidelines. Then you can click on the button when you will be taken to the Registration Page.
    • On the Registration Page, you will see your Sunday School Name already listed.
    • You will also see the Tabs for the four Exam Grades and TTC and another Tab for providing Proctor information.
    • After entering the names of exam candidates in each Tab (and clicking the “External Student” box, if appropriate) and you feel satisfied with the entries, you can click the “Submit” button. If you are not ready for submission, you may just “Save” the data before proceeding to the next Tab. Please note that the mailing address of TTC exam registrants is required so that the Diplomas of those who score 50% or higher can be sent to them directly.
    • “External Student” refers to a student who is being registered in a particular CE Grade but he/she does not belong to that Grade. “External Students” are not eligible for merit recognition. Taking the exam as “External Student” is recommended for older candidates who want to get Certificates/Diplomas that are offered upon passing the 10th and 12th Grade Centralized Exams. “External Student” designation does not apply to TTC Exam candidates.
    • Once you click on “Submit,” for a Grade/TTC, an email will go to your Parish Vicar, with a copy to you, listing the names of the exam candidates entered for registration for that Grade/TTC. If there is no negative feedback from the Vicar, after a week the list will be considered approved by the Vicar and another email will be sent to you confirming the registration of the exam candidates for that Grade/TTC
  3. Proctor Nomination
    • On the “Proctor Nomination” page, please complete the information for at least 2 staff from your Sunday School who may be called upon to proctor the exam at a Center (usually another Parish in your Area) other than your own Parish.
    • Centralized Exam Registration will not be considered completed and approved unless full information is provided for at least 2 Proctors. If they are called upon for proctorship, they will be provided with necessary information before deployment.
  4. Results Publication
    • Upon Results publication, Principals can login and view the results for their students on the same Registration Page(s). TTC Results will be provided directly to the exam participants only.
